Machine composition

The inlet is the first step of this machine, which is designed to be spacious and easy to operate, capable of accommodating a wide range of raw materials of different sizes and shapes. Its anti-clogging design ensures that the raw material can enter the subsequent processing process smoothly and avoid production interruptions due to clogging.

The pressure roller is a vital component in the pellet machine, which is made of alloy steel wear-resistant material. Its main function is to apply high pressure to the raw material, which is pressed into the desired particle shape and density by extrusion. Depending on the design, the pressure rollers can be single or double roller construction.

Grinding discs are often used in pellet machines where raw materials need to be ground or refined. They are flat grinding discs or grooved discs designed to process raw materials into finer particles by rotating and grinding them. The material of the grinding disc is also wear-resistant alloy steel.

The raw material is extruded into columnar pellets on a grinding disc, cut into appropriately sized pellets by a fixed or rotating knife, and finally discharged through the discharge port. Freshly produced pellets usually have a high temperature due to the extrusion temperature, which is generally cooled by air.

The drive shaft plays the role of connecting and transmitting power in the pellet machine. It is usually connected to the motor, and the rotational force generated by the motor is transmitted to the pressure roller or grinding disc through the mechanical transmission system, so as to drive the working process of the pellet machine. The design and material selection of the drive shaft need to take into account the requirements of withstanding high loads and long operating hours.

The motor is the power source of the pellet machine, providing the kinetic energy required for rotation and extrusion. According to the size and power demand of the pellet machine, the motor can be a single-phase or three-phase motor, and its power is usually selected according to the capacity and processing capacity of the pellet machine. The selection of the motor should consider its power, efficiency and long-term operation stability.
